•Designed a hierarchical 3-layer scalable network with 150 or more users, VLAN tagging, OSPF dynamic routing and BGP multihoming. •Applied QoS policies to give priority to real-time traffic because multiplayer testing environments need less than 20ms latency. •Planned IP address scheme of 172.20.0.0/16, firewall policies, IPSec VPN and 802.1X authentication. •Developed network diagrams, traffic analysis reports and redundancy test plans of 99.99% uptime.

•Trained an OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, Qdrant, and sentence-transformers bilingual Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot on UAE labor law. •Designed React frontend using Tailwind CSS and FastAPI/Node.js back-end and MongoDB to store user data. •Semantic search and context-based prompt engineering allowed achieving 96% citation accuracy and less than 2 percent hallucination rate.

Currently pursuing a degree in IT Networking & Security at Ajman University, where I’ve been developing a strong understanding of network protocols, database management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles. My other projects have been related to network infrastructure and data analysis that aim at creating safe and effective systems. I am committed to excellence as I have been awarded with Bronze and Silver Medals in the AU Honors Assembly.
